It drafts a reminder that fits: friendly at 1 to 7 days, a firmer check-in at 8 to 30, and a final follow-up after 30, each with your QuickBooks pay link when you have online payments turned on.

3. You approve

You review and approve the message templates and schedule before anything is sent. Reminders stop once QuickBooks shows the invoice paid.
