Why follow up?

Many quotes simply never get an answer. In Billbooks' Quote Study (1,125 quotes from 43 small businesses, September 2026), 45.5% of quotes at least six months old never got a response (source). Silence often just means busy. A polite check-in gives the customer an easy way to ask a question, say yes, or say no.

1. Connect

Connect QuickBooks Online. Quote Chaser finds open estimates: still pending, not accepted, closed, or turned into an invoice.

2. Draft

It drafts up to four short follow-ups, around day 2, 5, 10, and 21 after you send the estimate: did it arrive, any questions, plans changed, and a last "keep it open?" note.

3. You approve

You approve every email before it's sent. Follow-ups stop when the estimate is accepted, declined, or invoiced, when the customer replies or unsubscribes, or whenever you pause.

Is my QuickBooks data safe?

You never give us your QuickBooks password. You sign in on Intuit's own page and approve the connection there (official Intuit sign-in).
Your access key is stored encrypted.
We only read what we need. Quote Chaser reads your open estimates, their status, and the customer contact on them. We don't change your books, and follow-ups go out only after you approve them.
Disconnect anytime inside QuickBooks (Settings › Apps), or email [email protected] and we'll disconnect you and delete your stored key.
Nothing is filed or sent without your OK.
